We provide direct air mail service worldwide from standard to Express shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking code and instructions from our email services@lunava.com.

*We do not process or ship orders on the weekend or US holidays, and we do not offer Weekend delivery. Lunava is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions or weather systems.

2)Order Processing Time

General items: We generally process to ship these orders within 2-5 business days. Orders placed during weekends or on holidays will process on the next consecutive business day. lf the item you ordered is out of stock, we will e-mail you the best available option.

Handmade items: To ensure each handmade product's quality and the materials' freshness, we reserve up to 2 weeks for every artisan. Please expect up to two weeks of production and processing time before shipping.

* All Express orders will be prioritized for production, which usually only takes 1-3 working days before shipping

3)LUNAVA warehouses

LUNAVA have three warehouses in Australia, New Zealand and China. We will provide you with the best shipping warehouse based on your order address and warehouse inventory issues.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to local customs charges. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. Customs policies vary from country to country and with the exception of New Zealand will be charged in Australian (AUD) dollars.

If goods are above the threshold and customs entry is required, our logistics partner will charge an additional admin handling fee for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. LUNAVA cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. If you choose to refuse to pay these charges, your parcel may be abandoned, and LUNAVA will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
